The Capital Projects Committee oversees long-term capital and/or repair/maintenance projects proposed by the Board of Directors to increase the value of the Association development.
The Green Space Committee helps maintain current plantings to enhance the landscape of the Olde River Condominiums campus. All projects are done with purpose and coincide with what has already been completed, keeping maintenance and cost a priority.
Ad hoc committees comprised of unit owners are formed as needs arise, i.e., revisions of Bylaws, Website and Record Retention, HOA management, etc.
